Join us every Wednesday evening from 5:30-9pm for Telluride's only Indian cusine. A weekly rotating menu prepared by Chef Sutheshnie. She brings a lifetime of learning from her Indian family. Her parents home was a culinary "temple" of homestyle cooking with worldly influences. She shares these authentic flavours and exotic house spices from her Aunt's neighborhood spice shop in Johannesburg, South Africa every Wednesday night. Her dishes include:
